I need help getting my ActiveX controls to run. Can you help me?

I am trying to use a Norton tool online, but the problem is can't get my ActiveX controls to work. I've tried resetting my windows security settings, but that didn't help. Also its not my firewall because I disabled it and tried again to no avail. I really need these controls to work to fix another problem on my PC so please help. I have a Toshiba laptop and I'm running Windows XP. Thanks.

update ur active X simple
and after that nothings happen so u reinstall ur nortan tool
