about MS OFFICE Standard edition 03?

I have XP home edition is MS office standard edition 03 an addition to the computer and will not affect your computers memory?

MS office is program not a operating system like XP.

Its only affect it will have on your computer's memory is the space it takes up when you install the program.

I have the same and it doesn't affect my memory...unless, of course, I am using the software...then we have no choice.

Make sure the program isn't LOADING into memory at startup. Now THAT can definitely slow things down with starting up.
