It is a personal choice. Consider carefully the reasons why you would feel the need to do it. If it would drastcally improve your confidence and only yo uknow the answer, then go for it. Remenber though that it is serious surgery with risks and complications. Don't get them too big (the freak factor) and how owuld you feel if men started staring there all the time. It might upset you more than you could anticipate Also how would you feel if men started coming up to you saying "oi, are those **** real or fake?". Just consider it carefully honey

No, nothing doing! I wouldn't want anything `alien' in my body: especially since I sincerely believe the more natural you are; the better off you are.
The idea of changing your natural way to entice another is not the way I would want to go.

No
Silicone is pretty dangerous. there are better and more realistic implants out there nowadays

Saline
Hydrogel
Trilucent

I hear they are a lot better for you.

also all you guys saying men dont care blah blah blah
its not always abou men, society makes flat chested women feel ugly. the same way it makes people with red hair feel ugly or fat people or people with some sort of physical disability

all we see in the media are jessica simpson looking girls with tiny waists and great boobs, and you expect us not to aspire to that? especially when all you guys sit there going on about how hot she is day in day out and how you would go for her any day of the week?

My ex boyfriend said he loved me and my figure (which is hardly prefect) but I dont doubt for a second if scarlett Johannsen (his perfect woman with her size 10 waist and 36D boobs) would've thrown herself at him ... well he wouldnt have said no

90% of you wouldnt
so quit lying. if a chick wants to get them done, go for it! if it makes you feel better about yourself and gives you some self esteem, dont let anybody stand in your way.

NOpe, although I haven't got very large breasts I know that real breasts feel and look better. And imagine being an old woman with fake boobs, uggggggh, now thats odd.

Women, are you out of your minds? I am a man. I find big breasts attaractive. There is more to a woman than the size of their breasts. We hate women who have "fake" breasts. What kind of woman would go through surgery to make herself look more attractive to a man? Not a woman that any man I know would respect.

Not any more, I did have them, but I have them replaced by saline now. Much more natural and safer.

Implants ROCK !!!

Never!! There are too many awful stories out there. Also, I think you should be happy and proud of what you have not let anyone else determine what you should or should not have.
