I just noticed tonight that my left breast has become much larger and seemingly very swollen. Not only is it the breast but also the nipple. I am not close to my period nor did I just finish a cycle. I'm not taking any medication either.

Oh, and there's no way I'm pregnant!

It is difficult to diagnose your symptoms without proper testing.
I suggest going to see your doc ASAP.

If you notice redness and/OR puss coming out of your nipple, you may have mastitis. Google mastitis. Look for something refereed like emedicine. Check your symptoms. If it is mastitis, you'll need antibiotics.

Mastitis is my best guess. If it was estrogen-related, both breasts would at least be sore, even if not equivocally swollen.

Another option is mastalgia. Is represented by swollen tissue under the breast. But, can sometimes make the breast look larger.

well, it couldn't really be cancer, because cancer is usually a lump. You should see a doctor, it could be some kind of an infection or something.
