What kind of pants or skirt and what kind of shoes would look great on those?

Depends where you're going? Maybe a nice black skirt or tailored pants. A dark blue pair of jeans would look good as well.
For shoes I'd probably go for black boots.

i would wear that top with a this skirt i saw, its a cute light(khaki-looking) pleated mini skirt and some cute little shoes like those cute new sketcher shoes or some k-swiss or adidas that have the same color pink as in the shirt:thats if you want the preppy look, if you just want a more cute babe look, I'd wear a cute denim mini (a darker wash would look best) and maybe it could have the little cute rhinestones or you could glue some on the pockets or/and seams then add some really cute flip flops or sandals

Gray pinstripe dress pants or skirt in the same fashion with some kind of low key shoe with the skirt or modest heel with the pants.

A mini faded jean skirt or white capris w/ red pumps or a pair of pinkish red flip flops that have a lil heel to them.

Def a khaki mini skirt with a cute subtle black pump. But i also like the cuffed Capri with loud red heels.... i bet both looks would rock and def get the good attention! I'd personally stay away from jean and black, seems for older(black) or teenie bopers(denim jeans)Hope that helps!

well that depends on the weather. if its sort of chilly wear light wash jeans with some low heels that have thin straps. if its hot then wear a denim skirt. actually a white pleated skirt wouldnt look bad either.

I would pair them with a pair of white goucho pants and flip flops to match the shirt.
