You need to wear your diaper all the time, even at school.
I'm incontinent and an active person and I wear diapers 24 / 7 because I have to. I wear normal clothing and cloth diapers with waterproof plastic pants. You can't tell that I'm wearing them as long as I put them on properly so the don't look bulky.
I would much rather have someone discover that I have to wear diapers then to have to walk around all day with this big wet spot between my legs, not to mention on the chairs that I sit on.
Hopefully this is a temporary problem for you and you won't have to wear them for long. Get yourself to a very good specialist to find out why you keep wetting yourself.
Good luck and stay dry.

If you have already seen a doctor about this problem, and he says there is no physiological reason, but puts the blame on a lazy bladder, you can work on that problem by yourself, although it is surprising he didn't give you more positive direction.
Next time you urinate, interrupt the flow for a few seconds, then release it again, then interrupt it again. Each time you urinate, practise doing this. It won't be easy at first, because it sounds as though your bladder muscles have not been trained, or used sufficiently, so even though it just slows from a flow to a dribble at first, don't give up. Keep on with it until you can stop your flow at will.
It is the strengthening of these muscles that will allow you to control your bladder and overcome your problem. If, after a few weeks, there is no discernable improvement, you need to see another doctor -- preferably a urologist, who specialises in this area.
Good luck

You are suffering from incontinence and there are both medications and surgical procedures that can correct this issue. I can't believe any doctor would tell you that you are lazy, as there are several different medical reasons this could be occuring. You need to go to a urologist and have urodynamics testing done to find out why this is occuring.

Try going to the restroom more often. Even if you
don't think you need to, just try. See if that helps. If you don't want to wear diapers to school, try, I know this may sound strange, women's pads. There not as obvious but they're absorbent and they come in a variety of shapes and sizes.
Hope it helps. Good luck! : )

you may have a serious bladder infection or a weak kidney!!! You may need to go to another doctor and keep documentation on what you're going thru and what you've done about the problem. You may have to get some tests ran and your physician may have to put you on some kind of medication that helps to control your bladder.

I agree with several other people who answered; you really need to see a urologist, a doctor who specializes in urinary problems. I'm sure you have a genuine physical problem and are not simply "lazy."
Good luck with this.

you have what is called an over active bladder. it is not a bad thing and it is common in alot of people. what you n eed to do is try detrol. or some kind of medication to control your bladder urges.. no one is suppose to go that frequently but they do make medicine for it detrol xl once a day. your bladder may not have grown properly with the rest of your body. don't stress dude

I think you need to do some "keegle" excersizes. Keegle exercizes are when you tighten and release your muscles in your private area. This exercise is usually for wemon, but ive heard of men doing it too.
