how can i do to stop my husband from biting his teeth when he is sleeping???any suggestions?and what does this biting means?he cant do it when is awake....

Ask him to talk to his dentist.
Did he do it all the times?
My husband sometimes grind his teeth when he has a long day at work and really tired.

There is nothing you can do to stop your husband from biting his teeth when he is sleeping. The question you may like to ask is, what is it that concerns you?
If you are worried about damage to his teeth, then, he'll need to see a dentist who can custom build a night guard that he wears at night to minimize damage to his teeth. My wife wears one and she's been through a couple. Imagine what damage that would have done to her teeth without the guard!
If you are curious about his teeth grinding, then take a scientific approach. Find out what his days were like and correlate to the magnitude of his teeth biting. For example, does he bite his teeth when enjoying a vacation?

I really don't know. I have problems when I am stressed out, I grit my teeth in my sleep, once I even broke one of my back molars. See a dentist, they should have something that should help. Like a mouth guard, or something.

ask his dentist for some sort of mouth guard thing similar to thing for football. i have these pains in my teeth and my doctor told me to ask the dentist for one, so i'm thinking this will work. good luck!

Tell him to sleep with a mouth piece.And if you can't afford to go to the densest maybe a sports mouth piece.

grinding his teeth? my bf does that too. He sometimes wears this thing that looks like a mouthgaurd to keep him from doing that.
