I wash my hands constantly , I used to sniff them all the time to see if they were clean when I was younger . I know , I know, that looked so bad , but its not like I had them somewhere . Really ! I didn't ! I swear !!

I think this is embarrassing but some people don't. I carry a bottle of hand sanitizer with me and if I am in a situation where something is dirty, I will just pour the hand sanitizer over it so it is no longer dirty. If I'm in the grocery store, I will pour some sanitizer over the handle and on the handle door going into the restroom. I do it even if people are around. They look at me like I'm crazy.

I had the same problem when i was younger. My mom is a clean freak. She told me everything had millions of germs and that they could get me sick. She gave me multiple examples of people touching, wiping etc with their hands, later on touching a common object like a door nob. later on i come by touch the door nob and five minutes later I suck my thumb or touch my face and that poo poo or buggy that, that person touched and didn't clean their hand with is now in my face/ mouth. It drove me insane, i was constantly avoiding touching things and cleaning my hands. Lol thank GOD i got over it

i hate to cut my meat up with a knife and will just pick it up with my fingers and eat it either ripping it apart or whole.... i like finger foods i hate food that has to be cut i refuse to cut my food at home or out in public i guess that could be embarrassing if i actually thought about it or for the person im with lol
