I noticed signs before I missed my period, maybe 1 1/2 weeks after conception. I had pink stained underwear one day from the implantation of the egg. I knew then that something was up. I also started feeling really tired, had weird dreams, and experienced unusual diarrhea before I tested positive 4 days before my expected period.

wait until your periods are late about a week I am sure these test can show up earlier then that tho

i tested 4 days before my (missed) period was due and it was positive. u have to get that specific test tho. try first response or clearblue digital.
