I'm a healthy 25 year old female and have had no libido or desire for sex for the past year and a half. I went to the doctor and had all my hormones and labs checked which came out normal. Is there anything I can take to increase my desire????? Anyone try DHEA or testosterone?

Libido is, first and foremost, a matter of attitude--your sense of expectations, primarily, and how these will be met to make you feel gratified. Second is health (and that goes, too, with hormonal development stage). Third, and finally, is level of reciprocation when it comes to stimulation and drive. Herbal supplements touted as libido enhancers are just placebos.

No. I haven't but do the research before you take anything the side effects could be more dangerous than having a libido. You could grow hair where you don't want or need it.
