Eggy in a basket alla "V". Get a slice of bread, cut a 2" circle out of the middle of it. Heat some butter in a frying pan put in the bread, crack an egg in the middle of the hole in the bread, sprinkle with salt and pepper, cook untill the egg is almost set, then flip it over carefullly and fry till the egg is cooked.

Depends what you have on hand. These things are pretty easy to find and make:
1.) Scrambled eggs with cheese melted on it. Scrambled eggs are easy, just crack 2 eggs into a pan, push it around with a spatula until it looks like scrambled eggs. Then put them on a plate, throw some cheese on them and put it in the microwave until the cheese melts.
2.) Grilled cheese sandwich. Butter the outsides of 2 slices of bread, place one facedown in the frying pan, add a cheese slice, then place the other slice butter-side up on top. Flip with spatula until both sides are golden and cheese is melted.
3.) Bowl of cereal. Dry cereal with milk. Or hot cereal like oatmeal. Easy to make, follow directions on the box.
4.) Pasta. Very easy to make. Put the noodles in a pot of boiling water. Stir occasionally. Remove when tender. Add sauce of your choice. Just heat it up in the microwave.
5.) Snacks. Whatever you have on hand, or feel like.
Crispy/Salty: Chips, crackers, popcorn.
Sweet: Candy, chocolate.
Healthy: Fruit, Veggies with dip.
