Well, it depends on what kind of resources you have available... and of course it depends on your particular brain.
Boredom is a 'brain' issue, and when you are of a certain age, it has a lot to do with hormones.
If you are of mating age, then you are in a bad situation, because nature is at the root of your problem.
IF you are beyond mating age, then I would suggest drugs, tv, or if you are up to the challenge, mental stimulation, i. e. 'Thinking' enterprises.
If you are of a spiritual nature, then, there is hope, because, you can ease your problem by thinking of your 'SELF' less, and others more.
If, as I suspect you are of mating age, and have not yet had the opportunity to reproduce ( ie. had kids), then that is the problem.
You need to become a parent, have kids, and focus your mind, and energies on giving that new person the best life has to offer.

Go watch some TV. Maybe find an old person in your neighborhood and spend some time with them. The elderly have some great wisdom to share and they love the company.

I would highly recommend that you learn how to spell like a normal human being. That should take some time.

Get a hobby - something that entails not sitting in front of a computer, a t.v. or a video game. Do something creative - try photography - especially something like odd shots of "normal" things. Pretend you won a gazillion dollars and write about what you would do with unlimited funds - dream it up a bit and plan the ultimate vacation and write about it, using proper spelling, of course.
