Get off this computer and file kidnapping charges right now! I am NOT KIDDING. Unless it is stipulated in the separation agreement, those kids are not permitted to leave the state in which you reside without your permission until placement is awarded and a divorce is granted! If you do nothing, the courts will do nothing and more than likely you just lost your children for not contesting the move.
It is IMPERATIVE that you act now. The longer you wait, the worse the outcome will be. The long arm of the law only stretches so far in cases like this. I've seen it happen alot...and once to my husband and I personally with my step daughter. It took us four months to get her back and it literally took us driving all the way from WI to Idaho with a copy of the warrant for her arrest to take to the local sherriff ourselves. All because we waited too long, and we ran up against every wall imaginable. Honey, I urge you...call the authorities, or go their with your court papers and demand to press charges.
I sincerely hope everything works out.

theres not much of anything you can do but deal with it and go see them. One your not yet divorced and she has a right to go were she wants with them. Two you can fight for custudy and if you win change schools. Three most of the time the mother gets them anyway that just the way judges work unless you can prove she an unfit mother then you have a better chance of getting them. umtil then you just have to wait. I AM SO SORRY FOR EVERYTHING YOUR GOING THROUGH>

You should call the friend of the court right away. Let them know you are no longer living together an that she has left the state with your kids.

sounds to me as mom is trying to keep them from you talk to your lawer and see what he suggest and depending on the age you could say you get them this school year i get them next school year so they can see their friends that they made last year in school or if they are old enough have them chose which school they would like to go to but make sure you get to see them when it is your turn and don't miss any visits good luck
