It depends if the man who's "doodle" you are referring to is top or bottom (if he's top, possibly, bottom, then no)-- and also on whether the bottom has "cleaned" himself *there*, usually using an enema of some sort.
Sometimes if the bottom isn't clean, then yes, sht does get on there after anal intercourse, but if it is clean, then probably not.
