In the past I would have said that they would have been a turn off, but now men seem to be used to the idea and just want big busts real or not.
But there are still a lot of men out there that don't care for "artificial" breasts. But what I think you should be more concerned with is the health issue - there is a lot of risk involved and sometimes they don't look natural and can cause medical complications etc. Don't be concerned about turning all men on - if a man is interested in you, the real you, then it will not matter. Be your self and to your self be true! Don't take chances on you health and life - go natural!

I absolutely hate fake breasts! I'll take them small and saggy over big and fake any day of the week. I also feel you can never trust a woman who has had implants. Women will tell guys all day long size doesn't matter and then run out and get implants. If they deceive about their true appearence they will be deceptive about many other things in the future.

I know it is corny but beauty is skin deep and in this case even the thought of implants for you doesn't sound right If they are done correctly,only you will know.Men are turned on by breasts of any size depending on the coverage rather than the size,some exceptions apply.

Just one guy's opinion: if it's obvious that you've had them, then you just wasted a few thousand dollars, because the reaction you'll get from everybody but the sex-starved porn freaks is, "those are fake". If you DO decide to have implants, go with something that is modest and just "tweaks" what you already have a little bit. depending on the kind of model you are, it may help you anyway.
Good luck with it -- I am sure it's a tough decision.

Turn off, total turn off. In fact I would rather think that any man who would be turned on by it would be always looking for the bigger, better model than being happy with what he has. Silicon parts are made for toys.

A turn OFF. Tons of guys think big breasts are ugly, weird, and gross. Also, it's unhealthy. They wear out and your breasts will SAG. Normal guys think natural is best.

It's a big turnoff. I'd rather be with a flat woman than one with fake breasts. I don't even like padded bras. If you want to do it, that's you. But if I knew about it, I would think twice about going out with you. Good night!

A turn off. Pick up light weight training and train your chest muscle. A developed chest would be a man killer.

some guys like it others don't, it really depends on the person and if you do get implants don't get them to big,those don't look nice.

It depends on what the girl looks like, and how big you go.
As long as you don't go with some grotesque size that is disproportionate to your body style, I really like them.
