When I insert the disk, it says the disk is blank. It will only open on a mac computer.
please help!

How about emailing yourself from the Mac with that picture as an attacchment? Read that mail from the PC.

Since it was evidently burned as a Mac only CD, the Windows computer won't be able to "see" it.
Either find another way to send the files over or burn it again and this time choose the Mac and PC (or whatever your CD burning software has as their equivalent) option. That way you never have to worry about who can or can't use the CD.
