Already i have a girl friend.But now i am not interested on her.Now i want to give up my affair.But she has hopes on me.How could i tell my girl about this?

Just tell het the truth...that you don't know that you have a future with her and you are not ready for areally serious relationship right now

First, search your heart and soul. Are you 100% positive that you don't love her anymore? Do you think that your interest in her won't ever come back? Sometimes, a man's interest in a woman is lost because she has done something that disappoints him. But later, if he sees the other positive traits of that woman, his interest in her comes back. Then, he tries to win her back but her pride and ego prevails that she turns down the offer for a reconciliation.
If you are certain that your answers to the questions above are yeses, you have no other choice but to let her know about how you feel for her right now.
It will be very unfair for your girlfriend not know that you no longer have interest in her. She will be having false hopes and dreams about you and your love for her. Ask her to have a heart-to-heart talk with you at the most appropriate place and time, that is in a place where you can talk quietly and when she is most willing to listen. It's far off better to tell her honestly how you feel for her and ask her to understand you. Tell her that you wouldn't want to let days pass by that you feel you are deceiving her with her thought that you still care.
Stress the point that you are tellng her what's inside your heart not to hurt her but just to be honest because after all, she deserves honesty and sincerity. Let her know that it's difficult and hurting for you too to tell her the truth but the truth will set her free and give her the chance to wait for the man that deserves her love.
She may not understand you at that moment because she will get hurt surely. Give her enough time to recover from the pain and the heartaches that she will get out of that revelation.

well before u tell this chik that u have for sure who cares ask urself if u will have this new chik for sure?now she might care a week maybe not at all dontr say anything yet! untiul u know as things like this happen in marriage its a test trials and tribulations we all have weaknesses but if ur loved or liked a lot and u think back what made u like this 1st girl to begin with then put the other out of ur mind.. i mean u can do this weekly if ur not havign some strength if ur that unhappy tho then know this there is a chance u may not have either and if u can live with this then think that is how it will turn out good luck
