Yes I have, the key is to keep it in the realms of exaggerating and out of boundries of lieing. If you lie and get caught no matter how long you've been working, you can still be sacked. If you are claiming that you have done or know about something, make sure to have or do know at least something about it, dont give any grades or time frames more imply who much experience, this gives you a leg to stand on if your 'lengthy experience' does not match there perceptions

No, but I know someone who did. The trouble is,there are so many people going for the same jobs now, that the companies are checking out the information given on peoples CV's,especially when it comes to exam results.
So be careful what you put down, you can feel really embarrased if you get caught out.
