Hey so I read some of the answeres people wrote and I just felt I could maybe give you a little more specific time frames to expect symptoms. So here ya go:

Nausea and Vomiting: anytime and a good way to help this is eat some crakers in the morning before you get out of bed or drink anything. Or try a high protein snack at night before bed.

Urinary Frequency: 6-12 weeks

Quickening: baby movement starts at 16-20 wks

Fatigue: 12 weeks

Abdominal growth: 16 weeks

Breast tendernous: 3-4 weeks

Breast Swelling: 6 weeks

Well I hope that helps a little and good luck!

The first sign for me was a metal taste in my mouth. Next itchy palms, and then a missed period. My baby just turned 5 months old. The best book to get is "What to Expect when Expeting". It was so helpful and very accurate week to week on new symptoms for myself and my sister as well who has a 16 month old. It isn't expensive, and you can even find it at a resale shop for childern, at a much lower price. I hope this helped. Good Luck !

It truly depends on the person, to be honest. But in my experience, the most common symptoms are :
-peeing a LOT
-emotional
-sleepy all the time
-sore and/or enlarged breasts
-craving weird foods (yes, even at the very onset)
-noticable change in body chemistry (ie: more or less acne; oilier or drier hair than normal)
-and, as embarassing as it may sound, an increase in gas (yuck, I know... but you gotta speak the truth when it comes to these things)

I hope this helps !! I've been pregnant myself, and I've got a LOT of friends and family that have had babies and all of these symptoms seem to be consistent.

Good luck !

The early signs can vary but most commonly (for the first month) there is unexplainable fatigue, mood swings (like pms) and tender breasts. There may be some morning sickness or coffee and/or cigarettes may make her sick (especially if she is a coffee drinker or smoker).
The question is this: Does she want to be pregnant or is she terrified that she is? If either is the case she COULD be experiencing a phantom prenancy. This means that everything could be pointing to her being pregnant but she isn't.

Hope this helps.
