Try Cocoa butter first. If they are new stretchmarks, cosmetic laser enhancement done under a doctor or nurses care works too. Mederma is good for shrinking raised scars but you can try it. A good spray on tan seems to cover a lot of it if the skin is white. If it's blueish the other thing that works is laser. To prevent stretch marks MOISTURIZE all the time and don't get big too quickly.

Cocoa butter lotion helps reduce the appearance...I'm pretty sure you'd have to get an expensive skin resurfacing procedure to get them to disappear entirely.

Mederma might help but it would take tons of it and a tiny tube is almost 20 bucks
