people have marraige mixed up with regular friendships cause when you get married there is no such thing as a personal life between you two......yes he shld tell you if you ask....just like if he asked you a question you shld tell him the truth.....but personally I wld not wanna know cause it might piss me off lol........

No. That is a very personal thing and she has no "right" to know. If the wife is not happy with the sex she needs to work that out with the husband. They can get a few books and try something new.
