littleangelfire81 - I wasn't insulting anyone's "manners." I was just asking the board here why men do it constantly in front of women they don't know, etc. as for me using the "pus*y" word -- put it this way I wouldn't say it to a complete stranger at the post office! Just as men shouldn't scratch themselves in front of women they don't know, I could care less what they do at home. that was my point.

Lots of guys do that to show off (it seems to be a fad among some musicians). But a lot of the time, the package really needs to be adjusted because it can get in a bind with our pants and underwear. Everything goes to one side of the pants or under a crease and it's very distracting. On rare occasions it can even hurt. I agree with you though. I wouldn't adjust myself in front of a woman I didn't know, unless it was an emergency. It's not a big problem though. Everything usually falls into place when I stand up. If not, I try to go to the bathroom or walk over to a corner of the room where nobody will see. About the itching, I can't really say much about that. The only times I remember my balls itching were when I had poison ivy (and I usually get it on my privates before I get it anywhere else, because the skin is more sensitive). Good night!

Actually, a guy who's a gentleman wouldn't do that around anyone except maybe his wife and other guy friends. Any guy who remembers the manners his mother taught him at all wouldn't do it. Although I have to say, you're asking about the manners of this guy who grabbed and adjusted himself in public, when you think it's ok to use the 'p' word describe a female's genitalia. Maybe your manners need some work, too? Since that's one of the more vulgar ways to refer to it. Just a suggestion, if you're going to insult other people's manners (even if you're right, which you are here!:) Perhaps you need to be careful of your own.
Also, I asked my ex what was up with the 'shifting', and his answer made sense, I mean, if you had something just hangin' around down there all the time, that moved whenver you moved, you'd probably want to adjust it, too, same way we adjust our bosoms when they get out of place, except I certainly wouldn't do that in front of someone else! Also, he said that guys who wear tightie whities don't have such an issue since they're held in better. As for the itchy - he probably needs a shower. So many guys I've been around lately seem to have forgotten that you're supposed to shower every day, not every week!

You should know that they do this not ONLY in front of women but everywhere, when alone, in the street. you name it. many aren't even aware they do it. I see this constantly.
If they'd wear cotton briefs, they wouldn't need "adjusting" so much. The schlong stays put where it belongs, just like a bra holds the teats in place. Blame the boxer shorts & tight crotches on pants. I see this is an EPIDEMIC. I find it so amusing to watch them do it. They look tormented when they do it. I DOUBT that lust has a part in it at all.!!!
Also they need more soap & more showers. Sometimes guys get lazy.

LOL...people have weird nuances like that...some rub their noses, others pick at their ears...some scratch their heads...and unfortunately, you have those who always play with their privates.
It's hilarious my young son in every picture I have of him from the time he could stand and walk is always hanging on to his thingy....even now at 8 I have to remind him can you find another home for your hand please? It's an unconcious habit and I think the only way to break it is to point it out to people...however I would never do that to a stranger...but if it's someone close I know I think you're doing them a favour by pointing out a "bad habit" Maybe these grown men need to find a good pair of fitting underwear and loose crotched pants!!! :~)

They are not itchy, not scratching. They are adjusting them, because SOMETIMES they are in a uncorfotable position. They move around alot, inside the sac too, you know?, the pus*sy do not move around. Not all of them do that noticable in front of everyone, the ones that do, think it is normal, and i try to avoid it, but it is not such a big deal.

Just a bad habit with these men. I would never even think of doing such a thing in public and neither would any other normal guy.

specific, i think of it is gross. I propose that's what the bathing room is for. in the event that they have itching issues they ought to get something to repair that. Its impolite doing that for the duration of public and gross. It surely is a turn off to me. I dont scratch myself in public so why ought to they??? My brother does it each and all the time and it annoys me previous perception.

we dont think its as much as A-OKAY as much as we just dont care, if it itchs we get rid of the itch. Its our most sensitive region and if we fell somthing other then pleasure there we need to take care of it.
