I'm 23, I been rapping since 15 and the free-styling technique ain't as hard as you might be thinkin', if you struggling, just remember a couple of lines in your mind and smoke or drink while you practicing. Also, freestyle by your lonesome, so you don't put ya self on the spot in front of your boys. Man, you could do it, just keep spitting, and write a whole lot and recite that sh*t a lot, that'll help. that will keep your mind loose. Problematic aka Problem Child. peace.
