Tax lawyers make a ton of money, as do patent lawyers, but these are very hard areas to learn and become proficient.

Cyber law seems like a good one since the internet and use of technology for communication continues to grow.

insurance law, while it may be very boring pays well and you never run out of work. After all, there are accidents and people are getting sick every day.

Sorry just joking, What do you find more interest in? Seriously, sit down, look over the requirements for the different fields, and find the one that you feel like you could actually do without losing your mind from the tedium.
