Wow funny! I would have thought that when you type in failure you would get something on how those two great American "heroes" who created the internet and saved the world from the National Guard and who found nothing but failure in terms of their policies and ability to get elected into the White House. Sounds to me Democrats have failed to a far greater degree! Couldn't even beat a hick from Texas. Losers!

that's because there are legions of human beings who spread propaganda. Because Leftists realized pretty quickly Bush was going to succeed in fulfilling Clinton's Iraq Liberation Act of 1998. Clinton had failed miserably in his attempt, which was to oust Saddam in the same way the CIA helped oust the Soviets from Afghanistan. Clinton seriously misunderestimated what would be required to accomplish that goal.
The Left had all their buddies flood Google with the word 'failure' associated to Bush to beat everyone to the punch who would surely be discussing Clinton's Failure. It was a massive effort to control the conversation and, as you have noticed, it works.

the white house.gov website uses the word failure more than any other. failure of congress, failure of senate. everyone Else's failures are referenced. if you look hard enough they probably talk about your failure to avoid being hit, when playing dodge ball in the second grade. but it is still a funny co-incidence

I'm guessing that was programmed by the guys at Google. The word failure was never mentioned there; the people in charge are clearly strongly liberal.

The correct answer (if you're really interested) is because of the Google staff. They purposely chose to do this as Google's employees are over 90% liberal. Also, if you pay to advertise on Google, your Web Site gets priority over all others.
