Well, it doesn't count as food. Plus, smoking makes you lose appetite, so you have even less temptations for food! It's all good (well, except for the long term effects on your body).

why would you? If you are fasting to cleanse your body...then no, you probably shouldn't smoke...if you are fasting for other reasons...guess it's up to you...if it's religious and you want to think about the religious stuff and not how badly you need a smoke then you better keep on smoking lol ... ~good luck~

depends on what your fasting from. if fasting included everything that was pleasurable to us, then we'd probably be fasting for more than 40 days!
