I assume your either looking at your reflection in a spoon or at an object through a magnifying glass held at a distance from your eyes.
Either way, it's because the object is inverting the light and, hence, the object appears upside down when it reaches your eyes.
Either that, or you have your monitor mounted upside down on your computer desk.
