How long is the program, how much does it cost, how ridiculously hard is it, and how much do vet techs make?

I LOVE animals. I almost have my degree in entrepreneurial studies, but I don't think it's what I want to do.

I graduated from St.Pete College. See link above. It has an awesome on-line program as well as on campus. It is a two or four year program. It is medical (science and math) as well as other subjects. Two year in state will cost around $5,000 or so with books. Certified Vet Techs can make anywhere from $12.00 to $20.00 an hour, depending on duties and experience. You're not going to get rich, but it's a rewarding career.

You can do the Vet Tech program over the internet. I forget the name of it but just type in the search engine something like.. vet tech degree on line. It costs about $800.00 for the program and they send you all the materials needed. You take your tests online. You can choose how fast you want to finish the course. There is no time limit.
