why cant i vote on rockstar?

every time i try to vote i get a message at the bottom that a pop up was blocked, and then nothing happens. i got a message that microsoft internet explorer had a runtime error. what does all this mean? i have voted before with no problem

A lot of people were having problems voting last night. MSN says they're working on the problem. I think they should do another vote because of this! I was able to vote, but I did get several error messages.
