Please consider if you could pursue course of MBA by distance learning from Indira Gandhi National Open University. The course is flexible and easily manageable and credibility of IGNOU in international level is good. If needbe it will not hamper your job.

Secondly you can increase ability if you join part-time course with some local Institute for course of financial accounting in computers (may be by Tally or any other system).
By the way in which town you are living?
