My mom called me and said she was emailing this link to me. She said something about 36 dollars or something she got in the mail and I've looked at the site and I can't figure out what it is...

You go to the site, you register, you then login and do surveys, etc.. or, they email you notifications that there are surveys for you to answer..
If you aren't scamming us for referrals, then you would get paid for doing the survey.
