You know what... Growing up, no matter how good I took care of my teeth, brushed, flossed... whatever... no matter how often a day I brushed, my teeth were never WHITE. I don't know if it is a hereditary thing or what. But, I started using CREST WHITE STRIPS and within a few days my teeth were so white I was getting compliments on how white my teeth were! Honestly... I was in my 30's when I first tried the strips.... as a youngster, teenager, and young adult I ALWAYS covered my mouth if I smiled - or I tried not too. A week after using the Crest White Strips.... I have the BIGGEST smile with WHITE teeth I am NOT ashamed of anymore! I seriously think, if it worked for me.... it'll work for anyone! Get some strips my friend.... and start smiling! :) (Even my dentist was impressed!)

You can take peroxide and swish it around your teeth for 30 seconds (be sure not to swallow it) Baking soda mixed with a little water to make it pastey then brush your teeth for a good 2 mins. Or you can buy the whitening strips and use those generic work just as good as Crest. Then be sure to use a whitening toothpaste to maintain the whitened teeth! Good Luck

Crest white strips...u can get the cheap box....fo $19.99 and leave them on fo 45 minutes instead of the 30 minutes it tells u to do....brush ur teeth normally and stay away from coffee and tea...and soda....it's bad for ur teeth anyway....
here's what i do:
Use the whole box of Crest White Strips and save the receipt and UPC Code off the box....Crest Company will refund you your money if you are not satisfied....u will be satisfied but send back the UPC code off the box and the receipt and you will get a rebate check in a few weeks...it's like you got the whitestrips for free....i do it all the time....they havne't caught on yet.....
GOOD LUCK...and they really do work....

i respect the Crest 3-d White and Colgate Optic white toothpastes. Ie used both and they paintings extremely nicely. Pair them with a whitening mouthwash and it ought to paintings interior of a week or 2. also brushing with baking soda is meant to paintings nicely. in simple terms use it a pair of times a week although because it may harm your tooth. also do not use baking soda once you've any form of dental domicile equipment (braces, everlasting retainers, and so on) because it may dissolve the glue. good success!
