The most important thing about removing a piercing is to do it properly. You do NOT just take the piercing out like other people have suggested unless you want to risk severe under the skin infection and scar tissue.
Start by going to your local body jewlery shop and purchasing a size smaller ring than the guage you currently have (most common nipple piercings are 14 guage). Wear that ring until it feel snug like your current one does. Then repeat the procedure until you have your hole down to at least an 18 or 20. This will encourage your hole to close more evenly and safely. Just leaving it open allows the outside edges to heal first, and doesn't allow any fluids or bacteria that gets inside to escape, which can cause major problems. Because of this you need to take extra good care of your piercing before and after you remove it. If you have an infection you need to treat it before you remove the piercing. If you develop an infection, seek a doctor immediatly. Always remember that leaving something--anything--in your piercing allows it to drain harmful fluids. Many doctors assume removing a piercing is the best option for an infection, but it can actually cause more harm than good.
Be careful, and be sure to wash your hands extremely well before proceeding.

If the bar is chrome metallic, you ought to have the capacity to get it off. yet you'll favor to apply pliers by using the sound of it (sorry). positioned an ice p.c.. on it for 5 or ten minutes to numb your nipple and harden the metallic... then discover some small pliers and spend time clamping them in only the right position (perhaps there is someone you've faith who can help you try this). you want to be calm, and in basic terms turn the ball until eventually it ultimately provides way and springs off. in case you extremely can't do it - a piecer will sense free that could help you - i'm sensible in case you managed to sneak out to GET the piercing, you ought to have the capacity to sneak out to have it bumped off. excellent? good success! playstation . do not decrease the barbell!!!!
