Definitely Freddy, Especially since he's basically there in your dreams. Think about it, you sleep, you dream there's Freddy. And somehow he can come out in real life. Plus he wasn't all that bad either, his mother was a nun who was raped by manics, his adoptive father was insane. The only thing he really cared and loved was his daughter. If those idiots didn't take his daughter away from him I bet he wouldn't have turned into what he is now.
Now Jason he's just boring, taking revenge on people who don't even know why. At least with Freddy they get an idea why other than he's some boy that drowned in the lake.
Michael Myers just survives so he can chase living family members because he was abused by those family members. He figure wipe them out no more abuse.
Michael and Jason can be blown up, hacked to pieces, etcetc but it always takes some type of human like eating their hearts and such to bring them back. Freddy on the other hand, you can call his mother, you can do whatever, you still go to sleep and guess what you dream him.

I'd have to say Freddy just because of the getup. Hockey mask and chainsaw ... yawn. But the set of razor things on Freddy's hand... cool. And let's not forget that always sexy red and black striped shirt he wears in every movie.

From the logical point of view I would say if you're going for mastermind serial killer then it would have to be Freddy cause Jason is like a retarded idiot serial Killer.
But then I think to myself what is the use of being a Smart Slasher if you can only kill them while they Dream....
