It depends on the guy and how badly he needs to go. We can hold it in our bladders for a really long time, depending on how full our bladders are. Once urine has entered the penis, though, it must leak out (it can only be held in the penis by squeezing). That must be what that guy was talking about. If we don't need to urinate badly, we can stop in the middle and walk away. It is most satisfying and healthy to let it go though. I don't know about the rest of the guys here, but I've had times where I've held it for a few hours. But sometimes it hurts to do that. Since I started college, it is very rare that I've needed to hold it for so long.

False. A man usually can hold it much longer than the female because his bladder is much larger. Also, if a man really has to go bad, he can squeeze his penis so hard the pee cannot come out.
