just reinstalled mozilla firefox and cant view profiles in messenger or chat

I have the same problems right now. I guess U'll have to reinstall Yahoo!Messenger after you set Firefox as your homepage.

check your messenger version.
if you are working on a mac then you cant do it without the latest update, update your version, then try again, and hopefully it will work.
if it doesnt, then try it on internet explorer or safari webservers
