Do you have the book by Joyce Bea Sterling http://www.joycebeasterling.com/
and the book "Modern Real Estate Practice in (your state)" by Fillmore Galaty?

Those books helped me pass. DO NOT READ ANYMORE!!! Only take the chapter quizzes and use the Study CD-ROMs on your computer. Do you have them? Can you get them? Do you need them?

Let me know if you need anything. The best advice anyone ever gave me is don't read anymore, only quiz quiz quiz yourself and retake the quizzes until you ace them.
