Depends on your inner drive more than it does your strength and work outs. Sure those help a lot but your inner drive to play, win, beat the other team, etc is what will make you a good player or not.
I use to speed roller skate as a kid when I was 12-15. Won a few local meets at the time. Last year at 36 I put on skates for the first time in 18 years. Put myself on a local indoor inline skating speed team. I was a total rookie at first. But now after just 1 year I am just 3.7 seconds behind the top speed/time for my age bracket. Another year I plan on beating the record.
Now how and why have I been able to do this? Inner drive. When I strapped on the skates for the first time I just had this feeling of I will win. Not would, not could, I will win.
If soccer is what you really want, its what makes you happy, allows you to escape into this fake reality while playing, etc. I would say go for it. If you are wanting to do it cause it looks cool, players get women, etc....I wouldn't even try out, save the embarrassment.

It is not too late though putting all your efforts towards playing professionally at this age is more than a little risky--most of them have signed their first contracts with clubs by 16, like Owen Hargreaves. Or even better--Lionel Messi signed with Barcelona at 13. Or Francesc Fabregas who is only 19 but played for Spain in the recently concluded WC.
In my opinion you are probably not talented enough and even if you are the lack of experience will deny you many chances. Theo Walcott picked up the sport at 10--and that's considered late.
You've got plenty of competition--it seems like there has been a bumper crop of young talent in recent years.
Lastly, 2 hours a day isn't enough--training should be more like day and night and the next morning. It's a commitment thing, it'll eat up your whole life. Is that what you really want?

You can still pull it off, but it certainly is a late start - top Euro and South Am players are often drafted by clubs for development when they are 13 ish. You need a plan that agressively pursues education, development, and exposure. Education - start reading abour modern theories of play, videos on skills development, watch competitive mens leagues over 30 if you are in a major metro area -- metro places like LA, Seattle, NY have lots of former retired pro's from EPL, Bundesliga, ... Get to know these guys, watch them. Watch top teams play, and play at the highest level you can. And then make contracts and network. tryout for pro teams with open tryouts - like the Seattle Sounders.

No. I'm sorry. Look, don't waste your life, go to school and do something more useful than dreaming. Plus, chances are, you're not very committed. Two Hours! Only?
And you're too old. No one on earth will give you a chance. I'm verey apologetic, my sympathies but that's just how the world is.

why not, you still have 4-5 years left in you to prove yourself, presuming you play in amateur league now, try contacting your local part-time club to ask to train woth them first, if they like you they sign you. IF they don't start training with another part time team, try to get trials with local full time team possibly in the conference or league 2.
Never give up, i broke my leg at 16 and couldn't play again, so i was told anyway, started playing again recently and did my cruciate in, moral of story if you want to play you can, never give in...

Once you have enough experience and if prove to be good enough then nothing can stand in your way.
As they say, you can do it if you put your mind into it
