How do u manage coworker who keeps gossip rampant and is a bully?

In High School you have to put up with a lot of crap like that; but you're making money to SURVIVE now; if someone is going to compromise that, you fight back.

First, set goals and get your tasks done. If they want to pester, excuse yourself and go to the bathroom or have a meeting with the boss.
If this person ever gets in the way of you performing your work, you go right to the boss and rat her sorry a-- out. High School is one thing, messing with your ability to feed yourself is something else. Never put up with that. Also tell her she's interfering with your work and you'll snitch in a heartbeat. Once she knows you're not going to take it, she'll find someone else to pester.

Unless your co-worker is the boss, people like this usually get their just desserts in the end. Bully? You better let her know she doesn't "own" you. People who gossip are just trying to make their own sorry selves look better.

Wow, I've been thru that. I just ignored her, hoped she'd get tired of it but never did. Maybe you could approach your boss about it.
