Is there a website where I can get information about a current lawsuit in the Phoenix, AZ area?

Yes. Look up the court clerk's web site. I've used it before and its fairly easy to navigate.

Go to the courthouse and ask to review civil or criminal records. They are public records and you have a right to access. Sometimes, if you know the parties involved, the clerk will look up the case on a computer, then lelt you review the file in the office.
