The biosphere wold receive the moisture needed to sustain life. Since it's spring, it brings forth the spring blooms which starts the gestation period for summer crops (assuming it is warm enough).

The geosphere is the global system, which continues in balance as the biosphere will take the CO2 from the atmosphere and convert it to O2 using the water from the spring rainstorm.

The atmosphere has taken water vapor from the hydrosphere, which formed clouds, resulting in a spring rainstorm that released the water vapor to the geosphere in a spring rainstorm.

The hydrosphere received minerals and other nutrients from the runoff caused by the spring rainstorm.
