Seems like ur computer is infected with a spyware or Adware. Donot download the software they are advertising. Your computer is pretty much safe, other than this advertising Adware.Try download any Anti-spyware programs like Lavasoft's Ad Aware SE or Spybot-Search and Destroy. It'll get rid of them. U'll get both at http://www.download.com . Both are excellent and free (Ad Aware SE even comes as part of Google Pack)

Scan using Trendmicro Housecall online virus scan. It will get rid of the ad-causing software. Good luck.
