Obviously you are on probation for a reason. Perhaps you should spend this time thinking about where you went wrong in life and how you can straighten things out, rather than plotting a way to get off probation early.

Have your attorney file a motion to discharge from probation based on whatever conditions you think merit discharge?

I couldn't imagine that Federal Probation cannot be discharged after some significant portion has been served (let's take 80% as an example).
