how can we run our programm since we dont have a compiler?

You could learn machine language, but that really isn't a good idea unless you are writing a compiler. What kind of program is it?

If you have written a program, you will have to have the appropriate compiler or intepreter for the language in order to create a file that the computer can understand. If you are simply running a program that you have gotten elsewhere, and it has an .exe file extension, you should be able to run it already.
