It's a song by Joe Jackson, titled (naturally) "Is She Really Going Out with Him". I think it was off his very first record, Look Sharp.

It's called, He met her at the Laundry Mat....an old surfing song from the late 50"s or maybe it's called "Leader of the Pack".
