Did you log in as someone else, try logging out, or changing user, and log in as your self.

The phrase "can't open" doesn't seem to fit the question. I need more information. In Internet Explorer the "bookmarks" are generally referred to as "favorites". In Internet Explorer, when you click on the menu item Favorites, what happens? Does the favorites pulldown show anything? I don't understand "can't open".
