They kind of go together. I like guys with tattoos over a macho muscle man, but I don't like real skinny guys with no muscle definition who have armband tattoos...

Tattoos are hot and I love a scrawny guy with tats. I like muscles... but I prefer the cute scrawny sk8r boys with the shaggy hair and the bad azz tats!

I myself vote for TATTOOS __ muscles sag when you get old & flabby, tattoos seem to remain the same. They may fade, but they can be touched up & look as good as ever.

My tall skinny husband with tattoos is far sexier than any muscle bound freak that can't even find clothes that fit. So definitely tattoos!
