Iron-ons are what you iron on.
You can get them at Jo'Ann Fabrics or Michaels craft store or in the craft department of WalMart.

Silk screening, embroidery, I don't know, maybe iron on lettering. You can also buy some transparencies that you use with your computer and printer that can be ironed on to clothing. Check in the craft department of Wal-Mart, etc., or in the computer supply areas of Rite Aid, Office Depot, etc.

Iron on pass paper, a printer, an iron, and a shirt. you ought to get the paper at Wal-Mart, yet I reccomend JoAnn's. And as long as you do not wash the shirt too oftentimes, or glue it on with fabric glue on the corners THEN iron it on, it is going to look super and ought to not peel too lots.

Oddly enough, they're called "iron-ons." Do a Yahoo! Search for "iron-ons" and you'll get tons of hits.
