I love the international flavor on here including the different parts of countries. I'm curious about people, and like to see more here than just gay sex/politics in LGBT since we're all into so many other things. So, here's my question if you feel like answering....

For YOUR OWN country, what are the:
* 3 things you like least, and
* 3 things you like most?

Oh yeah, and what country-state/province/ territory/etc are you from?

I am from the United States and I live in the state of North Carolina in the capitol city of Raleigh , The things I like least about my country is the republican Party is in the white house right now and we have a majority republican senate . The govenment is aginst homosexuals and the idea of a civil union or gay marrage act . 2 ] I am weary of the constant bible beating of the moral majorty in this country , The constant high minded and superior attitudes of the bible beaters . The relegious right wing fell that we can't have a belief or love of God because we are gay . 3 ] The laws in this country are based on religon and in most cases out dated and need to be repealed .

The things I like about this country ; We have the right to vote and excersise the right to vote and remove the person or persons from office that we feel need to be replaced . 2] we have the best constution in the world it guarintees every American the right to persue the freedom of religon , the persuit of happiness and the right to freedom of speach . These are the rights that set us apart from many other countries and will ultimately guarintee that one day that gay Americans will have the same freedoms as everyone else . 3] We have the opportunity for a good education and the ability to achive the goals and dreams that we set for ourselves . All said and done no country is perfect . but I belive with all its faults My country is the greatest country in the world and have unlimited opportunities avaible to all who want to work hard and set goals for themselves ,

Dislike:
1. The destruction of the Constitution by ignoring the first amendment by creating laws respecting a religion.
2. Friggen Dubya Bush. How many vacations has he gone on so far while our troops are getting killed?
3. Bible Thumpers and really religion in general. Churches are a big part of my community... I need to move.

Likes:
1. The gay scene of America. It's not really abundant here, but we do have a selection of gay clubs.
2. The art and music.
3. I can live without Congress screwing up our lives.

I least like:
The fact that we argue about gay marriage and not about poverty, disease, and lying politicians.
That the rich are getting richer, and the poor are getting poorer, and this will eventually lead us to be like a third world country, in that the rich will have to take up guns to protect themselves and their wealth.
Both Republicans and Democrats have grown to hate each other so much, that they will follow the leaders of their own respective party, even with they are evil, dishonest and mean spirited.

The three things I like most:

The beauty of all the different people who come here to live, and the things that they add to our always changing culture.
Freedom of religion, which has not yet be taken from us, which allows us to learn about a God who loves all his children.
The physical beauty of our entire country, natural and man made wonders included.

I'm from the United States, and I live in Northeastern Illinois.

There would in no way be attractiveness or tolerance, yet what there'll be is criminal equality. i'm not asking every person to settle for me or tolerate me as a gay individual, yet what i'm demanding is that less than the regulation I be dealt with as an equivalent. I neither desire nor ask on your tolerance because to me which will be begging and at present are gone. to take action means that you're in a more effective position than me the position i favor to do this. this isn't scraps thrown to me from the Masters table and that i should be satisfied with those morsels. it is me sitting on a similar table and eating what i desire. it really is envisioned of me to pay taxes to maintain right now peoples toddlers in college, yet am I complaining? they don't look to be my toddlers and nor did i choose to have them, yet I nevertheless pay for them to be there. If all the gay human beings refused to pay their taxes and withdrew their exertions then the monetary international may come to a standstill, yet we are now unlikely to do this because i imagine we as gay human beings do care and we do have an ethical experience of what's sweet and incorrect, compared to the different facet of the community who would really that we disappear.
