I'm writing a memior for class in college and don't know how to write. some thing to include can be interest, hobbies, pet peeves, emotional reaction, personality, and positive/negative points.

This is probably the easiest topic you'll ever write about... yourself. You've already listed many ideas. Write about what your interested in, what you don't like, your hobbies.

This is fairly easy to write so I will give you a tip on how to improve your finished writing. When you are done, read what you've written out loud. If something sounds awkward, you can fix it. If you've jumped from one subject to another and back again, you'll find it. If your punctuation needs to be changed, you'll hear it.
Professional writers do this all the time. It's one of the best checks you can make to see if your writing flows smoothly.
